This is a 2 inch wide stencil shaper. It's uses are really limited to your own imagination. We use these to apply plasters and gel paints through stencils. They work very well in pushing these materials into small openings in delicate stencils and are excellent for screen printing applications.

Some of our customers even use them to obtain neat paint effects.
