Policies

Shipping:

Items ship Tuesday - Thursday

Items typically ship within 2-3 business days. We are closed on Fridays. All items ordered Thursday-Sunday will typically ship by the following Tuesday. You will be notified of shipment via email when your items are in transit.

We do not offer refunds off of shipping if actual shipping charges are less than the calculated amount. Typically our estimation is slightly less than the actual shipping amount (we'll cover the difference if this is the case). Any excess payments on shipping will be applied to offset our cost of packaging the items and getting them to the shipper. Please understand that sometimes there are costs that you don't see such as boxes, travel to the shipping office, shipping account charges, etc.

International orders will ship via the United States postal services International First Class service. They estimate shipments to take between 1-2 weeks but times vary. We can arrange express shipment internationally for an additional fee. Please make arrangements with us before placing your order.

Import/Export Taxes & Duties:
We are not responsible for taxes or fees imposed by your country. Please investigate your local regulations so that you will not be surprised by additional fees that may arise. Policies vary by country in terms of export/import duties and fees.

Damaged Items:
Please inspect your items upon arrival.
Items damaged in the transit will be replaced at our expense if we are contacted and provided with photos of damaged items within 2 business days of item delivery.

Returns:
Items are made to order and therefore are not refundable.
